LEGAL AGREEMENT

This waiver covers all classes and events offered by Kundalini Yoga Teacher Meghan Thomas.

Please be sure to read each paragraph.

I hereby agree to the following:

• I am purchasing a monthly membership to this class which will begin the date my payment is received. Autopay will reoccur the same date every month. 
• I am able to cancel this membership at any point, which is done through the automatic payment settings in my account.
• That I am participating in kundalini yoga, meditation, and/or other programs offered by Meghan, during which I receive information and instruction about healthy and safe practices intended to support my physical, emotional, and spiritual health. I recognize that these classes may require physical exertion, which may be strenuous and could result in physical injury, and I am fully aware of the risks and hazards involved.
• I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to and regarding my participation in kundalini yoga classes. I represent and warrant that I am physically fit and I have no medical conditions that would prevent my full participation in these classes.
• I agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries or damages, known or unknown, which I might incur as a result of participating in these classes. I agree to inform Meghan Thomas of any physical limitations, physical discomfort, and/or injuries before or during classes, and I take full responsibility for any failure to do so.
• In further consideration of being permitted to participate in classes with Meghan Thomas I knowingly, voluntarily, and expressly waive any claim I may have against Meghan Thomas for injury or damages that I may sustain as a result of participation in these classes.
• I further consent to allow Meghan Thomas to use photos and/or videos of myself in publications (such as flyers/brochures), advertisements (such as newspapers or online ads), her website, or on social media sites (such as her facebook or instagram account). I understand that in some cases, my name may be used. I further understand no financial compensation will be given for use of these photos/videos.
